Physical description

Plaque of porcelain, for inlay in furniture. Hexagonal. Painted in manganese-purple, yellow, blue, black, white and three shades of green. Two ladies playing chess on a terrace in the presence of a third; border of six Buddhist emblems reserved on a ground of lozenge diaper with ruyi heads at the angles.
