Bowl of porcelain, painted in three shades of green, red, yellow, manganese-purple, blue enamel and black. Outside, are four panels each containing a pair of pheasants, in reserve on a ground of lotus scrolls. Inside, the character shou (longevity) and a diaper border broken by reserved panels of pomegranates, Buddha's hand citrons, peaches and hydrangeas.
