Bowl of porcelain, with an English silver mount on the base and rim to which is attahced a sivler swing-handle. Painted outside in blue, red and green with fencing and branches of a flowering tree. Inside in a medallion on the bottom is a floral spray and round the rim is a border of diaper ornament interrupted by detached flowers.
