Physical description
Shiva stands before his wife Parvati, and holds his son Ganesha in front of him. Shiva is depicted in the mountain god form, with loose hair and wearing a loin cloth of animal skin. He wears a garland of snakes around his head and neck. Parvati sits on a hexagonal stool that has four legs visible ending in clawed feet. She sits supported by a traditional Indian bolster pillow. Personal adornments of necklaces, hair and ear ornaments are painted in tin alloy.
