Print depicting a woman seated on the floor behind a table, sleeping. She is dressed in a kimono decorated with a peacock feather design. Her hair is done up with combs and pins and she holds a transparent fan over half of her face. On the table are a selection of writing tools including brushes, an inkstone and a pile of paper. Above her, in a cloud, her dream is depicted. At the top, Mount Fuji, flying just below, a hawk, and at the bottom, an eggplant. On the bottom left there is a printed inscription.
