Ungaro's structured, draped and ruched dress in an extrovert printed silk makes a powerful, feminine fashion statement. Jill wore it to Ascot and commissioned Treacy to make the distinctive hat, constructed from feathers and filament, in colours dyed to match the dress, for a wedding in the south of France.(1998)
