Bowl (batil) of silver. Round the top edge is a deep band of incised ornament showing a continuous undulating stem bearing leaves and peony-buds. On the bottom is the same motif surrounding an open lotus flower. Pasted inside is a typed label with the words: 'Purchased 11th September 1914, from the Sultan of Rhio & Linngi'.
