1939 (made)
Wartime Identity Card belonging to the donor (born 25/06/1937). The
card is of buff card folded into a small folio, and printed in black:
the card contains the donor's registered name and address, with
subsequent changes of address (in evacuation, for example) noted on an
official form by the Registration Office, stamped, and pasted in. The
cards were normally signed by the holder, but as the donor was aged
not quite two years old at the time of issue, it is recorded that it
was signed for her, presumably by one of her parents.
