This pendant was purchased at Saragossa in 1864, for eight shillings and five pence, when it was described as 18th-century Spanish. It may be 18th-century in date, but the loops at the back were added after it was made, and it is more likely to have been put together in its present form in the 19th century.

Horizontal oval pierced silver disc set with clear pastes. At the back two vertical loops have been added to convert it to a slide.
