Brief description
Child's teether, made of India rubber with silver mounts and bells, Barcelona (Spain), 1865-1870.
Physical description
A child's teether, or rattle, made from a rectangular strip of India rubber with a silver mount at the top. The mount is shaped on each side like a human face, stamped with a necklace of beads and a fluted hat. A small bell hangs from each ear.
