Gilded metal slide, with a clear paste, for wear with a Normandy cross, France, 1860-1870.
Physical description
Slide made from pierced gilt metal, with a central facetted clear paste set in a high conical mount. There are three bars on the back, set at right angles to each other so that they form three sides of a square.
