  • BRACKET Wrought iron Germany; late 17th century This bracket for a balcony once decorated the Town Hall in Luneberg, northern Germany. It is decorated with floral scrolls and a figure and a dolphin head on the concave side of the bar. The design was originally painted in green, white and red, with the exception of the figure and dolphin head which were gilded. Museum No. 173-1891 (02/08/2013)
