Round body on a low trumpet-shaped foot; two scroll handles, the stopper is missing. The sides engraved respectively with the letters 'O' (ie. 'Oleum' or 'Oil') and 'C' (ie. 'Chrismatis', or 'chrism' [oil mixed with balm and consecrated for use in certain Catholic rites]).
