Vertical oval medallion with a cast pierced scene of the Annunciation in a frame with dog-tooth decoration. There is a loop at top and bottom. The loop at the top holds a ring for suspension, and the loop at the bottom has a small shield-shaped pendant, engraved 'I. K', hanging from it.
