Marcel Goupy was artistic director of Maison Rouard, Paris, from 1909-54. He designed and decorated glass from 1918-36 and exhibited vases very similar to this in the international exhibition, Paris, 1925 at which he was also Vice-President of the Jury in Class 33 (glass). The maker of his glass has not been identified.
