These were bought for seven shillings (the pair) at the International Exhibition, London, 1872.

Physical description

Pair of silver buckles with steel loop chapes, with two internal spikes, and single silver pin. The buckles are slightly bowed and consist of a series of rounded plaques with engraved floral and geometric decoration.
