Turned ash. Back composed in openwork of bobin-turned staves in a rectangular arrangement. Turned uprights supporting bobbin wings. Turned front-lets supporting insertee arm rails. Seat of plain turned rails suitable for a squab. Four stretchers, those in front and at the sides supporting stave-patterns (front) and single staves.

Conservation in 1976 replaced two pieces eaten by woodworm.
