This is a prototype underwater vehicle with two robotic arms, designed by Palitoy as a Q FORCE vehicle for ACTION FORCE.
The body is carved and shaped wood with jointed robotic arms, each ending with wooden pincers. The body is in three main parts. The lower part is paianted grey with details provided by decals. The two engine exhausts are of grey moulded plastic. Inside is a blue seat covered by a canopy of this plastic (celluloid). The top body section is mainly grey with blue and black detail; it is hinged to the bottom part at the rear. At the top is a periscope of blue moulded plastic.
The robotic arms each consist of 3 wooden beads which swivel. These areas are covered with ribbed black rubber. The pincers are carved wood painted black.
Throughout, details such as the control panel, lights, etc are shown with decals.
Under the seat there should be a further piece of clear plastic, it was glued on.
