Object history | Bought for £4 from Pratt and Sons, Brompton Road, London (RF49/108a). Memo by Lehfeldt (1/3/1910): "The oak chair, prob of 17th c appears cut down or else the feet are very much worn, + one rail is missing. £4 for so very simple a specimen seems a little high." On loan to Oak House, West Bromwich since 1951 |
