Object history | Given by Mr Norman Baker, Postcard House, 73 Basinghall Street, EC2 RF 172-1941 'Donor states in letter of 4th June (R.P. 172/41): "My father led me to believe it came into our family through my maternal Grandfather of the name of Poachey, who was in 1850 a churchwarden at St Botolphs, Bishopsgate". This church is stated to have been rebuilt 1725-29.' (Taken from Departmental records) |
