The toy is lithographed tinplate and the mechanism is housed in the body with the key bar protruding from one end and an on/off switch to the side. It is green and grey with yellow, blue, orange and white markings to show a park with trees, steps, cars and people. The underside is mottled grey. The scene has two moving circles on which are placed three buses. At each end of the platform is a bus station and in the centre a rounded shape representing a tunnel. When wound up the two circles move around and the buses go in and out of the station and tunnel.

References: This collection of toys was acquired by the donor while attending Peking University in 1978 and 1979. The majority of the toys were made in China for its own market.

Production
This type of toy was familiarly produced under the name 'ABTOTPACCA' in the USSR in the 1960s, with a metal key. It is not clear if this example was made in Russia and exported, or if it might be a copy manufactured in China.
