The zebra is lithographed tinplate and the mechanism is housed in the body with the key bar protruding underneath. It has grey and cream stripes with black, red and brown markings. The ears are brown plastic and the tail black nylon hair. When wound up the zebra hops along on its legs which are connected to the mechanism.
