The covers of each are the same, printed in black and white on red to show the title, an illustration of a boy playing with a large crane and a photograph of the real crane. On the inside of the front covers are details about Meccano, the magazines and clubs. Both sides of the back covers are printed to show Meccano parts with their numbers and specifications.
Each booklet show a range of models which can be made from certain kits. Some of the designs are common to each, others quite different.
Each page is printed with photographs of various models, their number, list of parts required and details with specifications.
