Originally painted or gilt, this door is carved in oak and is divided into two panels, each decorated with a shell device amid scrolled and voluted bands, enriched with lead ornament. The panels are surrounded by borders filled in with wreaths of leaves, the three horizontal borders being intersected with curved bands; in each corner is a leaf. There is a wrought-iron loop with seven-foil plate for a drop handle, and two hinge bands (incomplete).
