Physical description

Sideboard: Mahogany. The legs, two behind and four in front, are tapered and cannelated and terminate in lion paw feet. The projecting centre, supported on a pair of legs, contains a single drawer witha flat arch beneath. On each side a pair of drawers with curved fronts, all with brass lion mask handles. In the frieze above the legs six carved mahogany lion masks. The top decorated with inlaid stringing following the outline of the front. At the back a brass rail supported by three brass uprights with vase-shaped finials. The brass rail should possess a curtain.
