Block-printed linen curtain of colours dyed with natural vegetable dyes. The design is based on 17th century Persian cut velvets and shows a design of large ogival palmettes in white on a blue background with inner detailed patterns of pomegranates and flower heads in blue, red, orange, beige and green. The general 'field' design of the textiles show black stems with stylised flowers in red, orange and beige with green leaves on an indigo blue ground.

The curtain is lined in blue cotton. the top is gathered with dark blue braid and is fitted with ten brass hooks. The bottom corners are weighted.
