Physical description
Handkerchief of block printed silk chiffon commemorating the coronation of George VI and Queen Elizabeth in May 1937. It has a paisley pattern in red, green, yellow, blue and black. A central scrolled cartouche bears an inscription and their monograms. The handkerchief is machine hemmed.
