Fan with a paper leaf painted with watercolours in a scene of a man in classical armour and four women in classical fancy dress in a pastoral scene. The sticks and guards are ivory; the sticks plain and painted with a swag of musical instruments, flowers, butterflies. The guards are carved and painted; the rivet is probably glass paste.
