Label for the exhibition Shoes: Pleasure and Pain Shoemaker of Dreams Salvatore Ferragamo created innovative and functional yet beautiful footwear, which ensured him a constant stream of celebrity customers. These sandals with straps of transparent nylon thread featured in his 1947 collection.
