Woman's hat of white cotton printed with a facsimile of the first page of 'The Times' newspaper (published Saturday, January 1, 1785). The edges of the fabric have been bound and the newsprint fabric is scrunched in the middle, and with a black feather quill studded with diamanté placed upon the centre of the hat.
