The printed textile samples within the book are of textiles previously sent to exhibitions.

Pages 43 to 62 have no heading, but do have some pasted in numbers (possibly exhibit numbers?) in addition to the running numbers. Pages 87 to 100 are labelled with letters up to aa. Pages 101 to 116 contain a sequence of numbered samples, but no heading. Pages 117 to the end are blank.
