1. wooden pattern of the hull of the craft, flat topped with a shaped underside which has been varnished. The unvarnished top has four screw holes.
*Prototype model of the Swamp Rat, carved wood painted drab khaki and fitted with some parts of plastic and rubber.
2. body, scooped out shape with the control panel glued into place
3,4. wooden fuel tanks which form the floats for the Swamp Rat. To each is attached a panel which has a bar for the hooks to hold it to the body and a steel bar for attaching them to the wooden undercarriage.
5. wooden undercarriage with two fuel tanks attached. The 3 panels are painted black and drilled with rows of holes. They are linked by two length of black plastic. On one side the wooden edges have been broken.
6. pilot's seat, moulded plastic and wood
7. cover for the front of the vehicle
8. engine, wooden parts with a working plunger on the side. There is a metal pin for attaching it to the body. One rudder is hanging off.
9. bag containing the plastic bars which fit to various places on the body 10. bag containging rubber pads and the hooks for attaching the floats to the body
11. bag containing various small pieces of equipment, painted black
12-14. two wedge shapes and a small bar which form rudders
15. loop of plastic which fits underneath the body between the fuel tanks 16. propeller, ring of wood painted dark grey with an orange three armed propeller in the middle
17-19. three pieces of wood which have broken off the undercarriage
