White cotton handkerchief plate-printed with a portrait of Queen Victoria surrounded by her nine children and Alexandra, Princess of Wales; with the nine Prime Ministers of her reign in the corners. Also with scenes of Queen Victoria during her reign.

Printed in black with a dotted border in purple. The design is marked 'Registered'.
