1. box; printed in colours to show the title, maker's details and illustrations of the toy. The toy can convert into four different machines and these are illustrated.
2. box lining, plain card
3. vehicle, moulded lozenge shape of pale greyish blue and dark blue plastic
4,5. additional wing, dark blue plastic. Each has a black wheel.
6. rear wheel, dark blue plastic and mounted on a black wheel
7. laser cannon mount, dark blue plastic. There appears to already be one attached to the vehicle and this may be a spare.
8,9. belt and ammo pouch, white plastic. These may attach the pilot to the craft or be part of the pilot's equipment.
10,11. shells, red plastic. These may or may not belong to the craft. 12,13. two sheets of decals, some of which is designed to be `glow in the dark'
14. poster/leaflet

*The box and contents has been opened and there are no instructions. Several parts seem to be missing including the laser cannon and the engine pods.

Object history | References: ACTION MAN The Space Speeder was based on Hasbro's underwater sea sled for GI Joe. Some components such as the wings were tolled by Palitoy and other components such as the laser were repurposed from other vehicles, in the acase of the laser, from the multi-terrain vehicle. |
