Black PVC maxi raincoat. Double breasted and has patch pockets with flaps and reaches to the ankles. Shaped to the waist with a back yoke cut to flare out slightly from the waist to the hem. There is a back vent from the centre back waist. Buttons of silver coloured metal with a matching inside stay button. There are four buttons arranged in pairs.

The coat is not fully double-breasted as there is only one buttonhole on the right front which is really intended for the stay button. Two buttons on the right have been re-sewn. The coat buttons are high on the chest, and has wide triangular lapels with one lapel buttonhole. The underarms are reinforced and studded with eyelet holes. There is a vertical slip pocket on the inside left front. Lined with black acrylic throughout including the pockets.
