Valance of cotton and linen tabby tabby brocaded in wool with curving sprays of blue and pink roses and rose buds, with leaves and smaller flowers. The valance is made from three pieces of the material joined together, with one edge cut into scallops. These and the straight edge were trimmed with crimson silk, of which only fragments remain.
