Dolman mantle of brown wool with a narrow cord braid and fringe trim. Brown and gold braid, plain and crimped silk fringe and tassels. Hip-length, fitted at the back, with knee-length pendant front and with semi-fitted sleeves with pendant ends. High band collar which, like the front of the jacket, fastens with hooks and eyes. The trimming is arranged around the collar, neck and shoulders, in a V-down to the centre back waist and around the edges. Braided tassels attached at the front of the neck, where there is a decorative cross-over cord fastening and at the centre back. Not lined but the fronts and seams are faced with brown silk. Tape hanging loop at the neck.
