Shawl made of printed silk crepe, with a sprig filling printed in olive and lilac on a cream ground. The broad border contains a meander of red and pink flowers on a leafy green stem marked with black, with a brown leaf and scroll motif at intervals linking the meander to the brown decorative edges of the border. The outer border motifs break into a band of pale blue. There is a sparse cream silk fringe knotted into all four sides.
