Shawl of printed wool and silk gauze. The shawl is wovn with a silk and wiil gausze ground with white silk stripes at intervals in the warp and weeft. The shawl is printed with a design of three cones, one larger flanked by two smaller ones. These are containd with a formlal cartouch. the design is repeated over the whole shawl. Around the shawl is a failry narrow border of half medallions. The colouring is predominatly crimson, red, blue and pink.
