Nightdress of white lawn, straight cut, and with the sleeves cut in one piece with the bodice. The neck is wide and pointed with a wide border of Italian hand-made needle run lace. A similar edging trims the sleeves. There are tucks on the shoulders. There are pin tucks in the front under the yoke. A coronet and the monogram 'A.C.' is embroidered on the left breast.
