Elio Fiorucci, 1977
Cotton
Influenced by the boutiques of Swinging London, Elio Fiorucci opened shops around the world that attracted a party atmosphere and celebrity clients. He designed and sold jeans, T-shirts and other informal wear. He placed his brand not just on clothes and accessories, but on trade cards and shopping bags, turning advertising into a design feature.
