Irish crochet work and white silk on rhinoceros horn parasol sticks. The crochet has a close pattern of detached flowers united by bars (brides) decorated with loops (picots). The outer edge is slightly scalloped. The stick is straight, slightly notched, and with a small bulbous handle. The parasol has a white silk lining.

Register notes: "Exchanged for 4 rhinoceros horns, A.P. 683, 684, 66-1861, 12-1884; and 3 tips of rhinoceros horn, Misc. 184-1880; rhinoceros skull, A.P. 23-1866. These were marked previously for inclusion in the next list of objects suitable for disposal."
