Handbag made of green velvet and silk. Pouch shaped with a brassed metal frame. With incised scallops and triangles. There is a small loop and a push button catch. To the top are attached two loops for the twisted double green cord handle. The body of the bag is made from green velvet and the sides and bottom of pleated green silk. To the centre of one side is attached a stamped gilt metal trefoil with a floral centre from which hangs a green silk tassel. The bag is lined with bright pink leather and has a small pocket.
