Cloth tape measure calibrated and printed in inches. Novelty, contained within the circular base of a moulded and painted figurine of cream plastic based upon the character 'Dopey' from the Walt Disney cartoon film 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' (which was issued in 1937). The character has moulded and painted facial features, with black dot eyes and a red mouth. He wears a long yellow tunic and red pointed cap, and is sitting on a circular red cushion from which the measure may be pulled using its mushroom-shaped finial.
