Evening Dress

The bodice is v-necked at back and front, formed by two pieces joined with centre seam and back seam and eased at back and front with triangular guessets. Pleating falls horizontally. Skirt is long and slightly trained at the back - the pleating here falls vertically. Dress fastens at the back with a large clear 'lightning' plastic zipper. Internally the dress fastens with a cream grosgrain waistband. Has a pinkish cream satin camisole attached to the waistline. The petticoat is heavy cream satin, straight cut and finished with a deep border of vertically pleated cream satin. Also has a slit to allow movement.
