Cotton embroidery on cotton with satin, stem, cross, herringbone, darning, and buttonhole stitches, and smocking and drawn work. At the back is a fan-shaped panel of smocking with two oblongs of drawn work at the sides. At the sides are the main vertical panels, with a bordered diaper of small lozenges outlined in yellow on red or black ground. From crown to back, a narrow strip with geometrical diaper pattern in red is added. At the front there is a bobbin lace border. The corners edged with cotton ribbon and embroidered with wool and silk.
