Hanging of printed cotton, containing classical motifs. On a brown shaded ground with daisy flower heads in roundels, there are a husk in the space between, figures, emblems and reserved areas in the shapes of medallions, vases with more figures. The emblems are those of Bacchus with wreathed head and thyrsus; Diana, the nymph with bow and arrow, hound horn and star; Venus with cupids with wreaths and arrows doves; Mercury with his caduceus; Minerva on a pedestal with her helmet and owl; and emblematic figures of Envy and Wisdom.
