Ecclesiastical stole of embroidered cream silk with coloured silk in shades of yellow, green, blue, and pink in stem, split and satin stitches with laid and couched work, and backed with canvas. A continuous curving stem with leaves and flowers runs up the centre. At the ends it divides to form a cartouche containing a cross. A third cross is embroidered in the centre back. The sides are edged with a yellow silk braid and the ends are decorated with a blue, pink, yellow and green silk fringe.
