Mantle of black patterned silk with applied decoration and beadwork. Trimmed with machine-made black lace. Cut high at the neck, straight in the front with long broad pendants and short square sleeves. The back is shaped with four tabs. The silk pattern is in rows of radiating devices. The beadwork in S-shaped foliated stems is down the front, across the back, and on the tabs and pendants. There are long tassels. The lace is in imitation of black Chantilly. Lined with satin.
