Woman’s bed or dressing jacket of bleached cotton, heavily pieced. It has a low wide neckline and long sleeves, with a back fitted with 3 seams and 2 gores and the waist, and unshaped, overlapping fronts. The neck, front edges and hems are trimmed with a 1¾-inch (4.4 cm) band of gathered fine muslin. The cuffs are edged with a 2¾-inch (6.8 cm) wide pleated border of a thicker muslin. The jacket is unlined and all the inside seams are bound.

Woman’s bed or dressing jacket of bleached cotton, heavily pieced.
